I have had an amazing year for strawberries, I have had approaching 10 kilos off 12 plants. I've used the majority to make a favourite wine recipe. It's a crisp, dry one rather than the traditional sweet country wine type and will turn out an amazing orange colour.

and here it is the next morning. Its fab that the sludge is pushed out by the fermentation, it means you can siphon below it and leave most of the solids behind. It does mean you have to leave a big gap at the top of the demijohns though or you get the solids pushing through the bubblers.
